Hamburg's travel experts bring life into the city.

Hamburg's travel experts bring life into the city.

The Internet platform of Hamburg Tourism offers the most comprehensive booking and information service around Hamburg. The website focuses on people - locals and tourists - and provides information about activities, localities and accommodation.

At ressourcenmangel we were commissioned to design the user experience and the user interface. Our goal was to offer the Hamburg guest a holistic travel experience and to strengthen the image of Hamburg as a metropolis worth living in.

The platform offers all important information before, during and after the trip in one place. Travel, accommodation and events can be booked from one source. Location-based recommendations round off the Hamburg experience. A call for feedback after the trip helps to constantly improve and personalise the offer.

Your local guide.

Hamburg Tourism is a municipal enterprise. They live and love the city and share their insider knowledge on the platform. Recommendations and top lists help to avoid the classic tourist traps and to find the really cool destinations. Detailed district dossiers and walks take everyone to the part of Hamburg that suits them best.

Mood board.

The new corporate design of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg has been expanded for Hamburg Tourism to include additional colours, a decorative typeface and classic e-commerce elements such as sales teasers and, of course, a booking process. This board provides a brief overview of the extended Look & Feel.

The website also provides status reports on all of degewo's new construction projects. Here you can view floor plans, maps and exposés for each house and apartment and much much more.

I'm happy to hear from you.
